The Midnight Order Reserves
The Midnight Order will officially start offering new applicants, and active duty members to change over to a reserve component in the Order. The leadership in TMO understand that you can’t make every update, or be active enough to be on the active duty roster. Now you have an opportunity to serve the Order in a different way. You can now join the reserve component, and go on missions, earn rewards, and rank up in the reserves. The idea of the reserves is for pillar missions, defending blockades, or joint operations. Being in the reserve's, you will still get credited for being a member The Midnight Order, and doing a great service for your nationstates career!
The Midnight Order Reserves Ranks
Reserve's Commander: This rank will be tasked with handling the Reserve's Unit. He or She is entrusted to be able to lead small operations on their own. They can conduct small tags, small detags, or participate in active duty ops as well. The Commander is chosen by the Midnight Elder.
Guardian Elite: This rank is where they have been fully trained. They can participate in active duty operations, participate in their unit's operations, or can be called upon to be a pillar when TMO is occupying a region. They can also lead small unit operations with permission from their Commander.
Guardian: This rank means they have made it into The Midnight Order Reserves. They can participate in active duty operations, participate in their unit's operations, or can be called upon to be a pillar when TMO is occupying a region.
Grunt: This rank is held by individuals yet to be trained how to raid and defend regions.
The Midnight Order Reserves Application Form

2. What is your R/D alignment, and do you have any experience?
3. While you are in the reserves, are you willing to be called upon to move your WA nation to a region?
4. Other Military Orgs, Regions you are or were apart of?
5. Have you ever been convicted of any crimes in any region?
6. How did you hear about us?
7. Do you swear to be loyal, and serve The Midnight Order?
